Our bourbon barrel-aged pure maple syrup starts with rich, wood-fired maple syrup and is aged for 6–10 months in a freshly emptied, charred whiskey barrel. During the aging process, the syrup draws in deep notes of oak, vanilla, caramel, and warm whiskey character, creating a bold and complex maple flavor.

Perfect for pancakes, waffles, French toast, ice cream, and desserts, or use it to add extra depth to coffee, cocktails, marinades, glazes, and sauces.
